FieldLevel Is Working to Provide the Best Opportunities for Athletes

It’s no secret that the college recruiting process can be challenging and sometimes overwhelming for athletes – especially if they are going through it for the first time. Jeremy Weir, Brenton Sullivan, and Cory Ducker understood this and set out to fix the problems in recruiting that prevent so many athletes from finding the right colleges and vice versa – by co-founding FieldLevel.

FieldLevel’s main mission to make it possible for all athletes and their coaches to celebrate the major accomplishment of committing to the right colleges. They discovered that when coaches are actively engaged in the recruiting process by working with and advocating for their athletes, they were able to effectively help them get recruited by 4-year colleges. This experience shaped FieldLevel into the solution it is today.

For coaches, FieldLevel works by adding athletes to their roster, developing their profile by providing key information on athleticism, and performance measurements, work with athletes to target the right schools for them and introduce the athletes to those chosen colleges.

Whereas for athletes, all they need to do is connect with their coach -who will create their profile-, wait to get certified by their coach, get discovered by their target schools, and track all progress.

FieldLevel aim to provide every coach with the reward experience that comes with helping their athletes end up at the right colleges. They celebrate every commitment because they understand how much time, effort and passion is required from athletes, parents and their coaches to make it happen.
